1. JOB POSTINGS AND WEBSITE USE
1.2 We facilitate the posting of jobs and reacting on jobs through the website. We do not offer any jobs ourselves and we are not a mediator between Globals and Employers.
1.3 You need to be over the age of 18, before using the website or registering.
1.4 You confirm that you are of sufficient age to lawfully use this website, enter into an agreement and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this website.
1.5 Globals at Work is not responsible for the job agreements achieved between Globals and Employers. The job agreements are made between Globals and Employers themselves; Globals at Work is no party in this. Globals at Work and its website purely function as the platform connecting the supply of and demand for jobs.
1.6 It is the responsibility of the Employers together with the Globals to come to a job agreement including the necessary arrangements and facilities.
1.7 It is the Employers responsibility to provide the Global (employee) with the agreed upon job, benefits (for instance payment) and arrangements and facilities (for instance accommodation) . It is the responsibility of the Global to execute the agreed upon job, behave well and take good care of arrangements and facilities. Globalsatwork.com is not responsible for the quality or safety of any job nor for the fulfilment of any job posting on our website.
1.8 In order to offer reliable jobs of the highest quality and safety, Globals and Employers alike may be asked to review each other or review the executed job. These reviews might be shared with the other party (Employer or Global), to enable that party to make any necessary further improvements.
Employers and Globals might have each other’s contact details and may contact each other in case of emergency.
1.9 By providing us your personal information you agree that we may transfer this personal information to countries outside the European Union. You are aware of the fact that the protection of personal information in countries outside the EU may be low or non-existing.
2. POSTING A JOB
2.1 Applicable from mid 2014: On posting a job, you will be required to pay a non-refundable fee, being a fixed yearly amount per selected job package.
The selected job package allows you to publish jobs online. The number of jobs within your package determines the maximum number of jobs you can have active at a single moment during the year.
2.2) You must use a credit card or debit card to guarantee a job posting. BY MAKING A BOOKING WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD, YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT THE FACT THAT THIS FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE AND DOES NOT GIVE ANY GUARANTEE ABOUT THE AMOUNT OF JOB SEEKERS THAT WILL RESPOND TO THE JOB AD, THE QUALITY OF THE JOB SEEKERS NOR THE AMOUNT OF MATCHES CREATED BETWEEN EMPLOYER AND JOB SEEKER. YOU AUTHORISE GLOBALS AT WORK TO CHARGE TO YOUR CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD WITHOUT FURTHER REFERENCE TO YOU AN AMOUNT NOT EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT OF THE SELECTED JOB PACKAGE.
3. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER
3.1 In the event of a problem arising with your Global or Employer, you should find a solution together or ask another third party for help. Globals at Work does not intervene between Globals and Employers. If you have a problem with a job posting on our website please contact us directly at email@example.com.
3.2 Globalsatwork.com is the job provider´s platform and, as such, it is not a party to the agreement between Globals and Employers for the provision of jobs and has no responsibility or liability whatsoever to Globals or Employers in respect of the specifications and execution of that agreement. In particular, Globals at Work is not responsible for:
the accuracy or completeness of the (descriptions of) jobs that are displayed on the Globals at Work website
the fulfilment of a job posting on the website
the quality or fitness for purpose of the jobs that are or may be posted on the website
the Globals who react on the posted jobs
any difficulty, accident, illness or any other problem which is caused by the job itself or the other party (Global or Employer) or which is suffered by a Global or Employer or any of its parties during the execution of the job
the ratings and reviews displayed on the website (the ratings are based on the opinions and reviews of Employers who have posted jobs and experienced the outcome and Globals who have experienced the relevant job itself)
any error or failure in the processing of a job posting which is due to your error or which is due to any other circumstances that are outside Globals at work's control (such as a power failure) or
any withdrawal of a job posting by an Employer for any reason whatsoever or any withdrawal of a Global for any reason whatsoever or any failure to provide all or any part of the offered job or job agreement by that Employer or Global (and we strongly recommend that you take an appropriate (travel) insurance policy to cover (amongst other things) unexpected withdrawals).
3.3 NEITHER GLOBALSATWORK.COM NOR ANY OF ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, FUTURE AFFILIATES OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES WILL BE LIABLE TO GLOBALS, EMPLOYERS OR ANYONE ELSE FOR:
(i) INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGES,
(ii) ANY LOSS OF (PERSONAL) DATA, INCOME, PROFITS, BUSINESS OR OPPORTUNITY OR ANY LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

The information the Global has provided in its profile and provides when applying for a job, will be send directly to the Employer through the Globals at Work messaging system. This information does not automatically include contact information as email and telephone number. It is upon the Global to decide how and when to provide these contact details.
We ourselves do not display the Employer’s contact information directly within the job posting. It is upon the Global Employer to directly disclose its contact information in the text of the job posting itself.
While Globalsatwork.com terms requires that job providers display data which are accurate and up to date, the data displayed are ultimately the responsibility of the Employer rather than Globalsatwork.com. The Global acknowledges that Globalsatwork.com shall not have liability to the Global in respect of any attempt by an Employer to put on more work or offer less advantages than displayed at Globalsatwork.com and the Globals´ sole recourse in this regard will be against the Employer. If at any time you believe that Globalsatwork.com has not adhered to these principles, please notify us via email and we will use all reasonable efforts to determine and correct the problem promptly.
